Custom Beach Invitation Suite... Shells + Raffia = Unique, Casual Beauty

When I first met with Brittany and Brian to begin the design process for their invitations, I immediately knew that I was going to love working with them. A great couple, with tons of energy and excitement for their upcoming beach wedding, they make an adorable pair. As they began to describe the event... A beach wedding at Guerney's Inn, Montauk, complete with a bonfire after party, I began to formulate ideas and a look for the invitation suite... Something elegant, but casual, to introduce the feel of the outdoor affair, sun shining, sand between their toes.

The invitation itself features recycled paper in a sand hue. A small shell graces the top of the piece and truly ties the beach look together. The entire package is held together by a sheer piece of handmade paper, garnished with a raffia bow.
All of the important pieces that accompanied the invitation fit neatly into the holder formed by the handmade paper and the raffia.
The reply card, adorned with a lighthouse motif, gives guests the choice of
"Heading for the lighthouse" or "Regretfully remaining west".
Additional pieces: Bonfire Card, informing guests that a bonfire will follow the wedding later in the evening, and Accommodation Card with information on local lodging.

Finally, the whole package was tucked neatly into a beautiful recycled, sand colored envelope.
Sparkle and Ink created a custom reply address design for Brittany and Brian to use and supplied them with a rubber stamp of the design for them to use in the future.
We wish Brittany and Brian all the best in the future. Thanks for choosing Sparkle and Ink to custom design your invitations and set the tone for your beautiful wedding.

Sparkle On!
